刹那间。。。。迷茫~

今晨历经类似以下对话...
记忆模糊。。。
似乎exact 对话记忆已被删除。。。

'if after maximized both OHA doses and sugar is still not control, what's your next plan?"

"can give bed time insulin with day time sulfonylurea...."

"why?" (应该是如此平淡的被反问吧~~)

"for basal insulin requirement blah blah blah... for better control blah blah blah... to control fasting sugar 1st then can have easier control of subsequent sugar leval blah blah blah..." (已不记得到底是怎样的一段对话。。。)

"so to aim for well controlled FBS result during you clinic review and happily continue medication?"

(突然被炸到。。。脑塞-ing)

"you need insulin in daytime or night time?"

"daytime..." (很明显应该答这句吧~虽然脑塞-ing)

"then why night dose?"

"......" (难道该答OHA + day dose actrapid/insulatard?)

"have you two done medical?"

结下来乃一堆讽刺之前人生历炼/老板的话语。。。
话题也不了了之的无结论结束。。。



多年来根深的逻辑突然被推翻。。。

刹那间的迷茫。。。。还真微妙~

ps: 可是CPG 2009 真的有 prebed insulin + OHA 啊~~ ~泪
